Personal Training (In-Person) 

Free phone consultation where we discuss your fitness goals and develop a plan

1 session - $70 (Normal Rate)

5 sessions - $350 (Normal Rate)

10 sessions - $680 ($68 per session)

15 sessions - $975 ($65 per session)

 

Location:  Your gym of choice!

 

Online Training/Nutrition Coaching

Month to Month - $300 (Normal Rate)

3 Month Coaching - $750 ($150 off)

6 Month Coaching - $1200 ($600 off)

 

Training online coaching includes:

1. Customized training program that is based on a periodized resistance training method. The focus is to lose body fat & build muscles (toned), improve your muscle strength, endurance & flexibility.

2. Workout assignments - I will design an exercise routine for you to follow.

3. Weekly accountability check-ins

4. Monthly Body Fat Analysis

5. Be your motivator/coach not just your trainer

 

Nutrition online coaching includes:

1. Nutrition plan - a daily breakdown of your calories/macronutrients and portion. This is personalized based on your body, eating preferences and goals.

2. food recommendations based on your body type and goals

3. Weekly accountability check-ins

4. Weekly nutrition adjustments when needed

5. supplement recommendations

6. 24/7 email support

 

All sessions must be paid in full prior to every monthly training. Paid sessions must be used within 60 days and no refund.
